Good property; but is badly managed

Location map in Booking.com leads to a homestay which is 2 kms away. The phone number provided is of an enimical ex-employee. There is no one at the gate to receive. The hotel staff told that they are not in favour of booking via booking.com There is no restaurant. It is not beach view, it is beach road view There is no proper parking though space is available. It is only 1% value for money. We will get excellent hotels in Delhi&NCR for this rate. The area is accumulated with public waste.

The breakfast was good. And the location of the hotel is sea facing, you can sit in your room and watch the sea all day long. And you really won't get bored. Because there are many rooms in the hotel. If you book a sea facing room at the time of booking, you will have more fun. However, the other rooms are also luxury and you can see the sea all day long from the rooftop restaurant of the hotel.

On reaching the room we were expecting, we found out that it was a different room. And we got the room we wanted on request. This was not the fault of the hotel management. This confusion arose due to wrong information on online platforms. If this is rectified, then visitors/tourists who come to visit from far away will not have any problem on reaching the spot.
