Sunrise Valley Dalat Hotel

The staff it kind and responsive. Clean, the good of furniture is good. The location is quite but no really in the city center. It was quite cold because it was January and the most of hotels don't have heating. We asked for an electric heater and the host provided us one while another hotel didn't.

The hot water wasn't hot indeed - sometimes it caused small inconvenience.

Staff was very friendly. As hotel was not full, they offered early check in and late check out without extra charge.

The location was great. The bedrooms were small but very quiet and clean. The bathroom rooms were my favourite. The staff were polite and helpful.
