Nika Palermo Holiday House

We had a fantastic stay! The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The interior is beautifully designed and very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Gigi was helpful throughout our stay, always quick to respond to any questions and providing great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. His suggestions really made our trip even better. The room was spotless and had everything we needed — nothing was missing. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is beautiful - very clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed is excellent and ensures a great sleep. The location is perfect, right in the historic center of Palermo. You can easily walk everywhere, explore historic sights, immerse yourself in the local culture, and enjoy delicious Sicilian food just around the corner. The host is wonderful - always available, responsive, and ready to help with anything you need, including great local recommendations. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

New, modern, well-appointed apartment. Easy access to most sites on foot. Comfortable bed.

It was weird and somewhat unhelpful to have ALL communications by WhatsApp. It may not phase others, but we found it odd, not having a live human being check us in. We had a difficult time finding the entrance at night when we arrived. No information in the apartment about appliances.

Great stay in the Nika Apartment. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything at your disposal. The apartment was spotless and very modern as well. The location is fantastic in central Palermo, everything within walking distance. Our host Gigi was very helpful in providing advice local eateries and things to do. Would highly recommend for a stay in Palermo.

Everything was amazing. The apartment was like new with all the amenities. There were several supplies provided, including a couple of bottles of water. Close to the attractions, shopping, a grocery store, restaurants. The host, Gigi was easily accessible. We would definitely there again.

An exceptional apartment! Impeccably clean! Even the air smells fresh and clean! The linens are branded with the apartment’s name, the kitchen is fully equipped, there are towels, and the bathroom includes shampoo, shower gel, a hairdryer, cotton swabs, and facial pads! I’m speechless! And the location is absolutely grand!!! I recommend this apartment to everyone looking for a place to stay in Palermo! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Next time we come, we will definitely stay only in this apartment!
