Ehemals große Wohnungen, die zu gemeinsam genutzten Appartments umfunktioniert wurden, eignen sich eher für größere Gruppen, Menschen die einander kennen. Die Zimmer sind oft, so auch hier, hellhörig und lassen die Privatsphäre auf das Minimum der selbstbewohnten Zelle schrumpfen. Gemeinschaftsbereiche gehören in der Regel denen, die zuerst vor Ort waren.

Świetna lokalizacja, łatwy dojazd metrem. Łatwy self check inn. Wygodne, duże łóżko. Na wyposażeniu materiałowe półeczki na drobiazgi oraz wieszaki do rozwieszenia kurtek. Wygodna, duża (wspólna) łazienka (chyba dzielona przez 3 pokoje). Na wyposażeniu suszarka do włosów. Wygodna, duża, wyposażona kuchnia z aneksem jadalnym.

Brak możliwości pozostawienia bagażu. Bardzo mało miejsca na podłodze, żeby móc rozłożyć walizki. Trochę więcej miejsca było pod dużym oknem balkonowym, ale było ono zasłaniane tylko okiennicami, otwieranymi do środka. Uniemożliwiało to rozłożenie w tym miejscu walizki.

Struttura nuova, bella, pulita e funzionale, il gestore ci ha inviato un messaggio WhatsApp con le indicazioni per accedere al portone di entrata e recuperare le chiavi dell'appartamento. Da consigliare...

SCAMMER - DO NOT BOOK

SCAMMER - DO NOT BOOK! I had no running water anywhere in the apartment! I arrived late evening and was surprised to see the apartment is not at all the apartment in the pictures (see my uploaded pictures to compare)! But much worse than that - I only had water for a few hours upon arrival very late in the evening. The next day there was no water in the apartment. I contacted the host and he told me "the city is working on the pipes and the water will return later in the day". When there still was no water after 19.00 in the evening, I asked the store on the ground floor and was told they had had water all day - no issues at all! I contacted the host again (he does not answer his phone, only texts via whatsapp) but as of that message I have yet to hear from him. Not knowing if I would be able to shower, have a tea or flush the toilet any time soon, I booked a new place to stay. This host has denied my request through booking.com to return even part of the price I paid for the room. It seems he doesn´t think running water is a basic service he should be offering... TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT BOOK

Situé dans un quartier très rénové avec des rues piétonnes comme on en voit hélas dans toute l'Europe, avec les mêmes commerces. La chambre donne sur une courette où bourdonne toute la nuit le climatiseur et la hotte d'un restaurant qui envoie ses odeurs. C'est très désagréable.

Le bruit et l'odeur, certes pas très forte, mais sensible.

Excelente ubicación. Se notaba que estaba reformado hace poco.

Nos tocó un sillón cama el cual era muy incómodo y fino el colchón. Si tu estadía es largo eso será un problema. Estuvimos un total de 3 noches el cual no fue a limpiar nadie los lugares en común, sobre todo el baño que es un lugar donde se nota y se NECESITA limpieza. La entrada del edificio tenía olor no agradable.
