Bed was terrible Not very clean No windows Needle boxes in bathrooms in hotel main floor

Exceptional place to stay. Nice staff.

No parking garage for this site. Had to walk from sister garage to hotel.

Amazing staff. The room was very clean, spacious, and loved the decor.

Very quaint hotel. It had a “vibe” and was in a great location. 👍🏻 The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and well appointed.

Check out time was at 10:00 and I thought that was a little early. They did store our bags for us so we didn’t have to drag them around. We were catching a cruise at 1:00.

The refrigerator was broken and never fixed which caused more money being spent on food. One of the reasons we picked this was for the refrigerator

After the first night we became ill from the odor of natural gas - headaches, nausea - and felt we had to leave for health concerns. The manager has failed to communicate with us despite our repeated attempts to contact her about the problem we encountered.

Well , we arrived to check in and were told there was an emergency. They relocated us to a sister property called the Marquee. These are timeshare properties. It was fine , just a bit further from the quarter .
