Central Townhouse With Roof Terrace

A unique and quiet townhouse in the perfect location off of the lively Deansgate Ave, especially for younger visitors. Clean and tidy from top to bottom. The rooftop terrace is peaceful and perfect for a sunset drink.

We found that the top floor was extremely hot.

Clean. Modern.

The noise from the surrounding are a at night was awful. It went on until 3am. There was no warning when booked. It resulted in 2 nights of poor sleep Disappointing .

The perfect place to stay with your friends. Clean, tidy, spacious!

The townhouse was in an excellent location right beside the John Reynolds Library and heaps of great restaurants.

There was no actual seating area other than the kitchen table or the roof top.

The property was very clean and tidy and provided everything we needed. Also location was right next to a wedding venue we attended so it was very convinient. Self check-in and checkout was very easy. Would recommend.

The property was a fantastic size and in a great location, you have all the bars/restaurants and pubs within walking distance! The rooms and decor were fabulous, and the roof terrace was a nice touch too. Bedrooms were clean and tidy with plenty of space and beds super comfortable. Communication was excellent with the hosts and with really clear instructions. Overall a fantastic find and would most definitely return! One piece of advice - take earplugs with you as the music from the neighbouring building (think may be a bar/club) went on until the early hours!

The shower on the ground floor was leaking through to the kitchen and the cleaners hadn’t fully finished- the kitchen bins were full from the last guests when we arrived. But both very minor points and did not affect our stay at all.

Location was nice. Property was Nice too.

Carpets were dirty and stained. Especially Staircase carpets
