I booked a room which includes breakfast for my parents. When they were checking out they gave the breakfast bill to my parents and when my parents said kindly check your booking it was already given then they argued with them and was not even listening and the manager continuously arguing with my parents. When I intervened between them through the call then the manager told me to contact the customer care and when I called it took too much time to contact customer care and still there was no outcome. Even the washroom lock and hanging hooks were broken and an untidy washroom. Very RUDE BEHAVIOUR from the hotel staff. Not expected. Very BAD SERVICE.

The staff is friendly. Always attentive.

The bathroom circuits were complicated, but the staffs were attentive.

Good hotel for the price: big and clean rooms, courteous staff and swift check-in and check-out. However, the restaurant could do better, the food was average.

Very good large, well ventilated room. Excellent location for getting anywhere in Bhubaneswar. Very close to Lingaraj temple, Mukteshwar temple and Odisha state museum. Good facilities in the room

Breakfast is just par for the course, but nothing great.
