Lumpini Parkbeach Pattaya Pool View

Our second time staying here. Great location at the quieter end of the beach but still easy enough to get into town. Great facilities with two big, well kept pool areas. Would stay here again next time.

The pool restaurant was sadly going through renovations while we were there, although it was still possible to get some food and beers. Looking forward to having the full restaurant next time when they've completed their renewal which should be anytime now.

La personne est pas fiable. Nous dit de venir à 12h et une fois sur place, il nous dit de prendre la clef dans la boite, clef pas là. Puis, il nous dit qu'il envoie quelqu'un dans les 20min, puis 20min apres il rappelle en disant encore 20 min et puis je recois un e-mail de booking comme quoi il a annulé la réservation !!

Great location for all we wished to do in Pattaya,

A bit dated decor wise 🤔 but the grounds and the site so good

The location is amazing, right on the beach and on the border between quiet and busy Jomtien. Turn left and your with the locals and street carts, turn right and you have everything a tourist needs - shops, markets, restaurants, beach umbrellas and watersports. The facilities are excellent too, with a great lap pool and warmer pool by the beach with affordable restaurant. The gym is well equipped too and offers fantastic views. There’s a ping pong table and basketball court too and the massages downstairs are cheap and great. The whole place has a lovely residential feel and we thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks there.

That it was advertised as having two beds suitable for 3 people. It doesn’t. The ‘sofa bed’ is just a small, not very comfy two-seater and impossible to sleep on. We ended up going out and buying a mattress. The main bed could do with a good mattress topper too - it’s extremely hard. The positives far outweighed this, so while the bedding situation wasn’t great, we chose not to move and stay and enjoy what is otherwise a fantastic place. If you are two people and don’t mind a hard bed, you will be stoked to find this place. It’s great value considering the facilities and location.
