The location, nice quiet area and the property has been lovingly restored. Roberto was a great host and also provided an airport transfer at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend his properties.

We liked everything. Roberto is a very nice person. We totally recommend the place, the breakfast on the balcony with the mountain view is definitely worth a stay. Great job!

Clean. Spacious. Comfortable bed. Good location. Very close to the lake and promenade. You can easy walk to the station or if you don't want the bus stop is close to the house. Just few meters from the house there is fantastic place called Panificio Ciprese where we had fresh made sandwiches every day for the trips. Also there are small coffee shops up to the road for the morning coffee. And off course very helpful host. Alora Roberto😊✋Thank you.

We really enjoyed the stay. The accommodation was very clean and spacious, it was everything we have hoped for. And the owner was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the place.
