Every thing perfect place!

Very clean , very close to town , close to sea,

La propriétaire a été disponible tout au long de notre séjour : elle répondait très rapidement à chacune de nos demandes, ce qui a été vraiment appréciable. L’appartement était très spacieux, notamment le salon où l’on se sentait vraiment à l’aise. La résidence est propre, agréable et bien sécurisée. Et en plus, l’emplacement est idéal, la mer est accessible à pied en quelques minutes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Les routes autour de la résidence sont un peu abîmées, ce qui peut rendre la marche légèrement compliquée. Cela ne dépend évidemment pas de la propriétaire ni de l’appartement, mais c’est un petit détail à connaître concernant les alentours.

The property had everything we needed for our stay - really close to the beach and restaurants. For days when we just wanted to relax the pool was perfect. Also very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Would definitely book again.

Soumaya s’est montrée disponible dès notre arrivée. Contact facile. Gentillesse assurée ! Elle n’a pas hésité à nous rapprocher du souk et a permis un séjour très agréable. L’appartement est dans un quartier neuf, calme, même s’il est encore en construction. La plage et les restaurants sont à 5mn à pied. Les gardiens nous ont facilité la recherche de taxi et nous recommandons Afid pour aller sur Taghazout. La literie est parfaite, le salon magnifique ...

Le voisin du dessus est particulierement bruyant mais comme la residence est surveillée par des gardiens tres gentils, ils sont intervenus.

Das Appartment war sehr ruhig und liegt praktisch man ist in 7 Minuten zu Fuss am Strand. Die Sofa Lounge ist gross und bequem und macht das Fernsehen mit Netflix komfortabel. Die Betten war sehr bequem und sauber und wir wurden sehr herzlich für den Check-in von unserem Host empfangen.

Die Küche, die Küchenutensilien, Kühlschrank und Bad waren nicht gut geputzt. Die Waschmaschine hat leider auch nicht funktioniert.

Very responsive host, good location a bit off from the beach and main hub but not too far as well. The rooms were clean.

Basic facilities were missing, simple things like welcome water bottles, soaps in washroom or shampoo. Iron was missing as well but eventually provided by host upon request.

Está cerca de la playa (aunque al final del paseo marítimo, hay que caminar 1h hasta la zona divertida), es espacioso y tiene aire acondicionado, que fue fundamental por la ola de calor que hubo. Fácil acceso con check in libre. Seguridad en el alojamiento.

- Éramos tres personas (y de hecho la casa tiene capacidad para 4) y cuando llegamos (6pm) solo había 1 toalla grande y otra mojada en la terraza. Tuvimos que esperar hasta las 3am para que nos trajesen toallas para ducharnos. - El baño tenía muchísimos pelos y cal, no les cuesta nada darle una limpieza a la casa, porque la ducha estaba muy mal. - Elegimos este apartamento por la piscina y fue imposible utilizarla: llena de niños gritando a todas horas y ni 1 tumbona libre… Imposible. - En plena ola de calor y en agosto, la cama grande tenía sábanas de PANA… Imposible dormir ahí, tuvimos que dormir encima del edredón. - Se estropeó la lavadora con nuestra ropa dentro y tuvimos que esperar 24h para que alguien lo solucionase… Nos tuvimos que llevar la ropa mojada y oliendo a humedad. - La casa está prácticamente vacía: ni un champú, ni una bolsa de basura, ni papel de cocina, detergente, papel higiénico insuficiente… Tuvimos que comprar de todo. - Las sábanas que no eran de pana estaban súper viejas, a mi ya me picaba todo la verdad. Quizás ha sido mala suerte y nos ha pasado todo lo malo a nosotros, pero yo no recomiendo… Lo siento

The highlight of the apartment is the location and the owners, especially Somaia. She was very kind and provided with what we needed - she took us to grocery stor, the market where helped navigating and enjoy the experience. The location is great as it is close to the sea, it is very quiet so rest is guaranteed. Next to the apartment are nice restaurants. The beds are very comfortable and it seams like it has everything you might need.

It is a great apartment in a nice apartment complex. But if to nitpick - it was a bit dark, but we were not during the season, so I guess later it is the joy of the apartment that you can have a rest from the heat. Also a few more hooks in bathroom and a few wine glasses would make it complete.

Pretty good location. Less than 5mins to nearest bars/restaurants and the beach. Only a few mins further to the centre.
