"Good place to stay very near to Hakata Port, however, little far from the nearest Subway Station!"

I stayed here during the winter of 2025. Considering the property size, facilities, and rent, it was a nice place to stay. If you are planning to travel through Hakata Port (Fukuoka Marine Port), then you should consider staying here; very near to the port within walking distance. I lived on top floor and in a corner room, so I really loved that.

There is no such dislike for this place. The property is a bit old, but overall, it is okay. A major concern could be the distance from the nearest subway station. It is almost a 15 to 20-minute walk from the subway station.
