Absolute scammers, they ask for money over UPI and then send a message that they don’t have rooms. On top of it they don’t officially cancel the reservations on booking.com. Absolute scammers. Avoid!

The cleanliness had a great time
INThe host was very friendly and helpful. The location was a bit hard to reach by car, but perfectly situated close to the cliff.
USnot to many facilities nor much visibility of staff.. the were group Yoga sessions we saw. kettle in the room but no tea or coffee sachets in the room.. no food at all. Food was not far as the place is about 500 meters from the cliff overlooking the ocean.. which is the main drag where you can buy everything and many restaurants.
nothing really because we did not want for anything but that may not be the regular traveler.
ITAbbiamo preso due stanze, una si trovava nella costruzione più recente ed aveva ogni tipo di confort, molto ampia ed estremamente pulita. La stanza nello stabile più vecchio era un po' meno curata. In ogni caso è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. È situato in un luogo molto tranquillo e silenzioso nonostante sia letteralmente a due passi da tutti i negozi ed i ristoranti. Ottimo luogo per passeggiare in sicurezza anche nelle ore notturne. Consigliato.

The rooms looked like a dharamshala. No toiletries were provided. There was no laundry service and even the bedsheets weren’t clean, despite asking them to change they didn’t. The water taps were leaking.
