L’atenció de la persona que estava al càrrec (Andrea) molt amable i col.laborador. L’encant d’estar en un antic palau. La localització excel.lent per anar a peu als llocs mès interessants i també parada de metro al costat

L’escalfador d’aigua és elèctric i vam tenir algun petit problema amb l’aigua calenta. Esmorzars molt carregats de productes ensucrats o amb greix

Location and warm personal welcome. Andrea is a very helpful and accommodating host.

Stairs to access. Noise from busy street and Saturday market set up at 4am.

Great location able to walk to sights and restaurants.

The host, Andreas, tried had to make everything comfortable and convenient.he was very helpful .The breakfasts were sufficient-sweet rolls and good coffee. The rooms were well tended and featured a sauna or a jacuzzi-which we did not partake of. The location is relatively convenient. There are many restaurants in the area.We walked from the bus station-about 15 minutes . There are nice views from the room to the piazza and market below. There is air conditioning and the bathroom facilities are adequate (but I wish there were more hooks). For all the activity outside it was pretty quiet.the rooms were well appointed although luggage racks would have been nice.

There was no elevator which makes for a challenge at the end of a walking day. It is on the first level though so that is good.the stairs are well lit and spaced.

Was not aware that the sauna in the room was an additional charge. I didn’t see that on the listing.

Loved the central location. A lot of things we wanted to do was in walking distance. It was super clean and tidy. You can tell it was well maintained and looked after. The breakfast provided was excellent - more than what we needed. The staff were super friendly and helpful - offering suggestions on where to eat, how to find things, providing a map of the local area and organising our airport transfer.

Our room was facing Piazza Stesicoro and hence it was super busy. The playing of drums kept us up both nights.
