בעל הבית היה גמיש ועזר ממש. מיקום קרוב לשדה התעופה(ברכב) ולמרכז.,חדר נוח וגדול. מתאים למשפחה ובטח לזוג. יש מטבח גדול וציוד נדרש.נקי.פינוק בוקר עם קרוסונים חמים וטריים וקפה. מיטות נוחות.

כדאי לסדר את הזרם במקלחת, קצת חלש.
