Even though the apartment has aircon in each room but still it didn't cool enough. The toilet has strong pee smell when we get in. The room wasn't clean properly prior to arrival.

Only location

The ac isn’t cooling properly, when they changed my room, the ac in other room is cooler but leaking! When I complained about it to the staff, he gave me such an attitude, not even an apology came out of his mouth! The shower doesn’t run hot after 5 min that I had no choice to have cold shower every morning, very bad Aparthotel, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

the staff is very slowly they not answer the phone also i ask the lobby to send carrier of baggage to come to pick up my baggage many time i wait more than 45 min then finaly i go by my self to the lobby to ask them to send the service is very slowly
