I like the location because it is in center.

We had problems with hot water. For a week I didn’t have hot water regularly. We had to postpone our showers or had to find other solutions. Location is in center which is okay but however if you like sleeping in peace the place is not the good one. People around they are on the streets until 4 am and the song never stops.

The apartment was clean and cute. It was close to everything.

TERRIBLE location due to noise. In addition, there were many problems with the hosts. 1. We did not have internet the first two days we were there, and spent both of those days "waiting" for someone to arrive to fix the issues. Communication was terrible in this regard. This was a big issue for us because we initially chose this rental for the "great internet". 2. My fault for not reading the description very well - I assumed (I know) that the place would have a coffee pot or water kettle of some sort. Also, there is no washer and no laundry available nearby (also didn't check). 3. The HUGE issue is the TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF NOISE in the apartment 24/7. We understood that downtown would be noisy, but this was over the top. The only quiet time was around 4:30am for about an hour - then the day started again. The company hosted a group of young people next door to us (common wall) that banged on the walls, yelled and screamed until 4am most mornings. I thought they were playing football in there! We wore earplugs for the noise, but it was WAY TOO MUCH for even those. It wasn't just the other guests, though... the apartment is above several businesses that stay open until super late (early in the morning), and then the music and fireworks (literally) start. Of course, I reached out to the hosts (Wonderful Italy) at the beginning of the issues, and received very little help. After 2 days they did send someone for the internet. When I complained about the noise and the neighbors, and even suggested that they place me in a different location, I got no reasonable answer. This vacation turned into a nightmare! It was so bad that we had to rent a different place (so we paid for double accommodations) so that we could sleep. I couldn't imagine spending 17 nights like that with no peace and no support from the hosts. We spent 4 nights there in total, and slept less than 6 hours during that time.
