Having only a short stay this time

This self-check-in accommodation is located on the top floor of one of the residential buildings of a walled compound just north of the city centre. Although this studio flat is small, I found it to be very comfortable, well-equipped and kept spotlessly clean. The view of the city and the hills is worth mentioning, too. There are multiple restaurants at walking distance, of which the food-court Northpoint is recommendable. The city centre is a short taxi/tuktuk ride away. The accommodation is as advertised on Booking.com.

Truly bizarre security measures with security personnel guarding the premises with shotguns. Only pre-registered guests are allowed in. I found the city of Dumaguete busy, loud and utterly unenticing.

The location was good

The place is nice , the room is nice , And the stuff cleaner (room care taker) was so nice like she informed us before she inter our room for cleaning time. Mountain view is so nice ,you can see it at the window.

The only thing I didn't like is they don't have generator when it's blackout. And sometimes they change our bedding with not that totally clean one like the pillowcase they change it and the new one pillow case has blood stained , so I take it off and wash it in the sink . Until me and my partner we decide to buy our own biddings and use it for the mainwhile, but that was the last week for our stayed there . And that bedding with color blue hope they not use that next time for others because it's not really good like even you wash it , it's still not looks clean due to its old beddings . That's all thank you .
