the lady that was checking me in didn't show the respect, I felt she was speaking down to me. She gave me 2 bottles of water and I had to carry it in my hands in addition to my suitcase and backpack meanwhile another costomer next to me was given a little bag to carry those bottles. she didn't say welcome, was constantly doing her own business and talking to others while checking me in. I didn't feel welcomed at all, and I think I know the reason but I don't want to assume but I didn't feel comfortable at all.

The gym facilities and the breakfast were excellent.

The staff was excellent

The elevators broke down so we couldn't get back to our room OR to our car in the parking garage which caused us to gave to get an Uber for the event we were staying there for.

location is great, staff are very nice and cooperative. Breakfast is very reasonable and restaurant staff are super kind and cooperative. Coffee, tea and water are available in the lobby all the time.

the maintenance is not good as furniture and carpet is old and not very clean and toilets are not in very good condition.

J ai réservé un suite pour 5 personnes, il y avait que 4 couchages. Nous avons dû négocier pour avoir un lit d appoint. Le canapé lit était horrible avec des ressorts qui nous rentraient dans le dos : franchement inadmissible.

Je ne comprends pas qu on nous ai pas trouvé une solution , un dédommagement . C est l hôtel où vous booking qui avait fait l erreur : je réserve pour 5 , j envoie un message pour bien préciser l age de mon enfant et rien n est fait et on me trouve pas de solution.
