The location and decor. It felt like home

I love the property everything was so clean and comfortable

I didn’t like that the bed in the room was a full size and there was no tv in the bedroom and the bath towels need to be replaced with new ones but other than that everything was pretty good

Good location for the places that I wanted to visit. Owner was available whenever I had a question.

Towels weren’t available upon check in. Didn’t really like the parking situation. Not a lot of parking available that isn’t reserved. I would recommend that the owner of property buy a parking spot for guests. And the elevator in the garage that we had to park didn’t work so we had to carry luggage up two flights of stairs.

No breakfast.

Website does not clearly describe this as an apartment with little ot no facilities. Keys did not work in initial room allocated. Host was patient and did her best to provide an alternative apartment. Not even a bottle of water in the room.

The gated community parking. Having a washer and dryer. The decor was nice. Updated lockbox. The coffee. The wine. The tea.

The house clearly was not wiped down. There was laundry in the dryer. The shower was dirty. The bathroom counter was dirty. The kitchen counters were dirty. The snacks were expired/ stale. The outside balcony. The possible bed bug found on the bed. The drawers had garbage and pennies in it. The curtain makes it difficult to open and close the balcony door. Make sure y'all log out of my Amazon Prime account, please, and thank you.

The Apartment was esthetically very pleasing and immaculate, the hosts seemed to think of everything. It was stocked with everything we would need for our arrival including snacks and complimentary wine. The receiving of the keys and the arrival instructions were simple and flawless. The Apartment building is safe and secure with lots of facilities. I would highly recommend this accommodation. We look forward to staying there again next time we're in Houston. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

If there was one small thing I would recommend to the host (who really put their heart and soul into making the apartment the best I've ever stayed in) it would be to perhaps supply a self inflating mattress as the additional bed instead of the fold out couch.

Location was great, apartment was clean and looked even better in person than in the pictures. Host provided everything needed to enjoy the stay. Provided toiletries like a hotel stay as well as snacks which is much appreciated. Host was also nice and responded promptly to my messages. Would book again!

It was a long walk to the apartment from the parking garage. I'm not sure if there was a closer route, I should have asked. Also, washing machine is loud. My only complaints, besides that I am satisfied with my stay!
