Servants' Quarters Studio Apartment

The location was perfect,close to town but far enough away to be quiet at night. A bus stop is directly across the road. The accommodation was compact and had everything we needed including a washing machine! Host Alison met us on arrival and gave us great sightseeing tips. It was a great place to stay.

Host was really helpful and nice. Sha gave me very detailed explanation for everything. Location is very central and room was clean. It is small but enough space for one or 2 tiny person :)

The central location and non-isolated windows mean that it can be a bit noisy, especially in the early morning. However, I was working and had to wake up early, so it wasn’t a big issue for me. It really depends on how sensitive you are to noise. And the end had good feeling in that house.

Host was very helpful and responsive, nothing was too much trouble. She accommodated an early check in literally booked 30 minutes before as we had to move from our originally booked accommodation due to its low standard. Location is great for exploring Valletta and accessing buses around Malta. It is in the heart of Valletta but on a quieter road - by this I mean that you don't get noise from the bars/tourists but there is some road noise from traffic at times but this is quiet for Valletta. Everything you want to see is walkable from here assuming you don't have mobility issues - in which case the majority of Valletta is not accessible.

The apartment has an excellent location. It is within walking distance of the major sights, shops and restaurants, but is also in a quiet part of town which ensures a good night's rest. Alison and her family were very helpful during my stay. I was very grateful for the provided umbrella. The bed is comfortable. This was real value for money!

The water heater is quite small but I quickly adjusted my shower time and it wasn't a problem at all after that. I understand the need to save water in a dry country.

Location, location, location! Coming from Gozo on the fast ferry, the room was just a 5 minute walk. On a relatively quiet traditional side street with Upper Barrakka Garden’s at the top of the road and just a few minutes walk to cafes, bars and 10 minute walk to the centre of Valletta.

It suited my needs for a 3-night stay perfectly as a solo traveller

Alison couldn't have been more helpful. She took the time to settle us in and give us useful information not only about our stay but also about our travels afterwards. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great and there were plenty of things to do within walking distance. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to explore Malta.
