The flat is in a new build on a quiet street, 15 minutes walk to center. It’s a gem what comes to planning and design, each room is spacious and comfortable, furniture is new and tasteful, bathroom is great and kitchen modern and well equipped. The owner is lovely and helpful, communication with her was perfect. We had a great stay in Tbilisi thanks to her and her property. We’ll be pleased to come back ❤️

The place was very homey and welcoming. The apartment is located in the elevated area of the city, only a few steps from the funicular station where the whole city can be seen. The apartment building is right beside convenience and liquor stores. The room is located on the first floor. Although the entrance and stairs going up is a bit dark, motion sensor lights are available. The apartment is quite spacious. The living area is well lit, sofas are new and comfy ( we slept there most of the time). The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is wide, two showers with good water pressure,and theres a laundry machine too. Bedroom has the fluffiest pillows and blankets. Also, there’s heater and air conditioning unit in the apartment if the cool fresh air from the window isn’t enough.

Just be careful with using socket adapters. We happened to shut the whole apartment’s electricity when I tried to plug phone charger. 🫢. Worked fine after the owner came to fix the breaker. 😁

Very beautiful apartments, very many details, cozy atmosphere. I would very much like to live in such an apartment. The location was super, the grocery store was literally under the window! 10-15 minutes to the main square of Tbilisi.

Honestly, there was nothing that I didn't like. It is very warm in the apartment (it was unusual for me after Batumi that it was hot at home)

Everything was great! Thanks a lot for amazing atmosphere, cozy place and a big bed:) I had all I need: shampoo, clothes hangers, dinnerware, iron and other. I’ll definitely stay again the next time when I’ll be in Georgia
