Bij binnenkomst enorme zware, aanwezige sigarettengeur!!! Vieze wc, toiletbril los, drinkglazen vies.

Area around the property is just beautiful and about a 3 minute walk to the water!! No stove top but great restaurant near by

PRICE: good LOCATION: far from airport, not as convenient if you are looking for quick airport trip. 40euros each way to airport. CLEANLINESS: not clean enough - do not expect luxury. PROPERTY CONDITION: feels dirty, but for the price I guess you should expect it. ACCOMODATION: no duvet cover ??? No shower mount, only hand held. Feels very poor.

- I don't know what I could have liked — probably not much, because there's nothing that makes this apartment stand out.

- A dirty sofa, I got bitten by bedbugs. - The WiFi didn’t work. I needed it for work. I reported the issue and the administrator said someone would come to fix it the next day — no one showed up. I reported it again and got a response saying, “it works on their end.” And that was the extent of the help I received. Good for them that it works there — too bad it didn’t work in the apartment for 7 days. In every nearby café and restaurant, the WiFi was working just fine — somehow, it was only this apartment where it didn’t work. Very curious ;) The internet speed never exceeded 1.7 Mbps. For the lack of WiFi, a plague of locusts should be sent upon the property manager. - Apartment A1 is in the basement, which they also fail to mention. It's dark and has only one window. On top of that, there’s barely any mobile network signal down there, so you can’t even use your own mobile internet. - The apps on the TV, like Netflix, don’t work — obviously, since there’s no internet. How are they supposed to work without it? - The neighbors next door have two large dogs that bark all day — and even at night. It’s really disturbing. - The cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom are very poor quality — you have to be careful and handle them gently, or you might damage them by accident. They look like the cheapest furniture available in the store. To sum up, I’m very upset about the lack of WiFi — I rented the apartment specifically so I could work. On top of that, I came back with bites from the dirty sofa. There were also ants crawling around the room. I’ve stayed at Artemida several times, most recently in June 2025, and I’ve never had issues like this before.

מדובר בחדרים להשכרה ללא שירות חדרים פיזי. הכל מתנהל בתכתובות. המיקום ברחוב צדדי באזור לא מעניין במיוחד. אידאלי לעצירת ביניים קצרה בדרך מ/אל שדה התעופה (מה שחיפשנו).

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα, σε εστιατόρια και μαγαζιά.

Δυστυχώς υπήρχαν δύο βασικά προβλήματα: Δεν υπήρχε ζεστό νερό στο ντους. Ακολουθήσαμε όλες τις οδηγίες που μας δόθηκαν, αλλά το νερό παρέμενε παγωμένο. Το ίντερνετ και το σήμα στο διαμέρισμα ήταν σχεδόν ανύπαρκτα. Μόνο έξω ή κοντά στο παράθυρο της κουζίνας μπορούσαμε να βρούμε λίγο σήμα. Αν λυθούν αυτά τα δύο θέματα, η διαμονή θα είναι πολύ καλύτερη.
