the WiFi and extra blankets the 2 gentlemen gave me. The staff were helful

the shower was very dirty, the shower water was cold worst thing it is very cold today and im getting a runny nose. the toilet was broken couldn't open properly without the lid leaning on your back. The pillows were bad was very chunky like they cut pieces of mattress and stuffed them. the bed and linen were very mismatched a few different colours and patterns. it was not appealing at all. on the site they said there were coffee makers in each room this is not true I had to go to their kitchen to make my tea -what a terrible service this was. The manager or perhaps owner of Chinese decent in the morning passed me by reception area no greetings or if I got help I was the one who greated her and she was still on her pj's with oversized flip-flops this was very unprofessional.

I slept the second day because I came back late after checkout, it was a descent thing to do. I was not drunk, I told them I was tired cause left to Vaal at night, had pick outhers in Rosebank.
