El espacio y tenía de todo.

Las almohadas y que no había sábanas, había un nórdico.

Kilátás, erkély, terasz, tisztaság, konyha, sütő, mosogatógép, esernyő (bár szerencsére nem kellett), társasjáték, útikönyv, metró közelsége. Azt hiszem, minden volt és minden tetszett.

The flat itself was ok - it was clean, in a good location, and had a nice balcony. There were some nice places to eat nearby and while it was very hilly nearby, we enjoyed walking around to explore.

It was very sparsely stocked and we had to buy a far few things ourselves after I had asked if we could get refills. For 3 people for one week we were left no washing up liquid, one dishwasher tablet, and 3 small rolls of loo roll. When I asked if we could get replacements, we were told that “enough had been provided” even though one dishwasher tablet is hardly enough for one week’s stay - there were hardly enough plates and glasses to only wash once in the week. The main reason for the bad review is the fact that it took 41 working days and we had to do a chargeback to get our deposit back, after we had been told it had been sent and would be with us within 7-31 working days. Had we not done a chargeback, I don’t know if we would have got the deposit back. Make sure if you stay, you use a credit card as you may have to query this. If you have accessibility issues this won’t be right for you - the stairs to the flat door are very steep and uneven. The flat was also missing a door between the kitchen and bedroom.

checked in on 21st off September and paid deposit instantly, as of now 24th October have not got it back, been texting host constantly and getting no or lame excuses, they should hold your card details incase of damage but not take the money. Nice way to treat guests to Lisbon.

7 jours après le retour toujours pas de caution alors que le débit a notre arrivée a été immédiat et personne ne nous a prévenu à l’arrivée que ça mettrait jusqu’à 30 jours pour le remboursement c’est pas acceptable ! Problème avec la cafetière qui fonctionnait mal dès l’arrivée après prise de contact avec l’hôte il nous a été signifié que le déplacement nous couterait 25€ nous avons préféré nous en passer ! Il est regrettable de voir que ce loueur est juste là pour se faire de l’argent et j’espère que d’ici 30 jours nous serons enfin remboursés de nos 300€ de caution c’est bien triste ce genre de comportement a l’égard des touristes !!!! Je ne recommande pas c’est pas l’esprit booking !!!

De locatie was heel erg goed.

De faciliteiten in het appartement. Weinig servies, broodrooster was kapot, geen schoonmaak spullen voor de vaatwasser, en ook geen theedoeken/vaatdoekjes. Verder was het gordijn kapot en deed de wasmachine niet goed zijn werk.
