Swallowfield Glamping-The Last Stop

Well what can I say, we loved our stay in The Last Stop! It was great fun and comfortable too. The bus had everything you could want away from home which enabled us to cook a couple of meals with ease. The weather was kind and we were able to sit outside to watch the sunset listening to nothing but the birds and sheep, it was blissful! I loved the honesty shops for those forgotten items - mainly wine & beer and pet food. The showers also had a range of items to use if you’d forgotten them too. A lot of thought has gone in to this site and we will definitely recommend and hopefully return in the not to distant future.

It was an amazing place to stay, the bus was fun to stay in, the dogs loved the space and it was fully enclosed so they could run freely and safely, the views were stunning, everything was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfy, the little shop and pet shop were really nice, got the dogs some nice treats from there. The only thing that was wrong with the place was the gas cooker didn't work, there was an electric mini oven and hobs on top of the gas cooker but the hobs were too high to be able to use, so I couldn't cook.

We stayed in the last stop. The bus was super cool! There was everything you could think of, even had a heated blanket on the bed - very cosy. Will definitely be returning.

Nothing not to like

This was such a fantastically different thing to do for a getaway. What an amazing idea to turn an old charming bud into somewhere to stay. Filled with character. On site convenience shop and even a little pet shop! The owners already had the heating on so it was toasty warm when we arrived on a very stormy night.

I can't think of anything. It was great.

Drinking a coffee in the drivers seat is awesome . Everything was very well thought out and provided. Facilities at end of garden with own gate - great showers / toilets with toiletries.

Beautiful place!

We loved it. The toilets are literally outside the back gate. Your in the middle of the countryside, sleeping in a bus no noise the air is clear the dogs where just so relaxed ☺️ we made the most of the experience and just wished we had booked longer than a night. The care and attention to detail taken by the owners and staff is second to none. We look forward to returning and trying out every single accommodation to offer they are all outstanding. We may have peaked 👀
