The beds were the best! Had the best sleep ever! Kitchen and bathroom were good size and have everything you need. Bedrooms were well presented.

Me personally I don't like seeing bedroom downstairs especially at the front of the house. There was a huge wet patch on the floor in the downstairs bedroom. There was a wet patch on the sofa The living room was tiny! The doors are just awkward, the closing mechanism weren't good for children as the mechanism slams it shut hard and quick. The rug was awful as the fibres were all over our clothes!!! Shower pressure was very low.

Location worked great for us. Property was easy to get into. Shower was great.

Property could have used a little more cleaning. Beds in the larger bedrooms were horribly uncomfortable but small beds were fine.

Not really equipped for a family stay, no where to eat dinner, children had to sit on the floor around plastic coffee table. only one shelf to cook on in the oven which I advised the property about the night we arrived and they said they would bring one the following day - nothing received and when I followed this up they apparently ‘forgot’ meaning we had to spend money on fish and chips (Family Fish Bar round corner - very friendly, good food). Only one plug to share between bath, bathroom sink and kitchen sink. would have been helpful to advertise downstairs bathroom with children needing night time toilet trips and steep stairs. Big dent/hole in the bathroom door, looked like it had been punched or kicked. Loads of cigarette butts around drain in the yard/garden ( Garden views?) and unsafe wall with loose rocks, also loose uneven paving slabs in garden - not safe. Long black hairs on bedding - presumably from cleaner as bedding was clean. The location, whilst close to Cardiff and a good base to go elsewhere, was not an attractive area, rubbish strewn streets, graffiti, although no trouble from local student population who seemed nice.
