Downtown Studio by Darius Residence

The location is brilliant: we were able to get to museums, bars, restaurants and supermarkets on foot. Although it was smack in the center, it was very quiet, with a very comfortable bed. It is a convenient place for young people who want to be in the center of city life.

The kitchen is its major drawback: there are few to no utensils, the electrical outlet on the counter was a safety hazard, the cupboard door felt like it was about to fall, and realistically all you could do there was heat up food in the microwave or boil water for tea or coffee. Moreover, the state of the bathroom (with cracked sink, chipped paint in the bathtub, fallen plastic cover for the pipes) didn't make a good impression. Overall, not a great place for a longer stay or for people who would like to cook their meals or have a bath.

The location is amazing! So close to literally everything. Supermarkets, public transport, busy area, old town, sights and all. The studio was also equipped with everything you may need to stay, or even throw a small party, with that huge terrace haha.

The bathtub, it’s a little run down, and it’s a little dangerous to step in and out. Also the elevator makes noise, so if anyone uses it at night you can wake up easily as a light sleeper.

Good communication and easy access following instructions .Clean and very spacious. Also,good communication with the host .Very pleasant experience overall, will definitely recommend. Thank you

Good localisation, big balcony with a nice view. Owner was very helpfull.

Small and old bathtub as mentioned in other comments. Only two radiators were working so was a bit cold, but used the A/C to warm the place up.
