TV don’t work

The location was ok. The flat was easy to access.

The sofa was extremely hard and did not look clean, it was not ready for sleeping, I was expected to open it, to pull out additional mattress which was in the cupboard along with the linen, I was too tired to do that and ended up using my own sleeping bag instead. There was what looked like mold or dirt on the shower door in the bathroom, the shower head holder was not flexible, so there was no way for me to have shower without getting my head wet, also it was not clean of calcium deposits and was spraying everywhere. Toiletries provided were of unclear origin.

On the following day of my stay, I informed the owners that the radiators in the apartment I rented for two nights were not functioning, making the space extremely cold. They confirmed they‘d attempt to resolve the issue. However, when I followed up later the same day, they informed me that they were out of town and unable to address the problem until after my departure. I stayed in the apartment for one more night despite the cold. They offered a 50% discount on a future stay via personal SMS chat. After transferring our chat to the Booking App emailing, I never heard back from them. There were no formal offers or explanations through Booking. Also, I would not call this place clean. See photos. Looks like the owners just squeeze the maximum from this apartment with less effort.
