Great communication. There is a full kitchen if needed - handy for breakfast and close enough to cafes and restaurants for other food. Open plan kitchen, lounge, dining. Compact but plenty of room for the group of 2 adults and 2 children. Wonderful heating (we were there during winter). Clean, tidy and a delight to stay in. The location was excellent. The new stadium will be a 5 minute walk away, tram stop around the corner, 5 minute walk to bus interchange.

Working out the tv - but we got there in the end.

nothing!!! (the lift was broken for some of our stay buf was fixed quickly)

My mum and I stayed here on a girls weekend away and absolutely loved it! Super comfortable and everything you needed. Great bonus to have the gym membership!
