Ophelia Luxurious Suite #TIFHelexpo

The appartment has very good location, close to shops, markets and restourants. There is parking across the street if you are traveling by car. It has everything you need for short period of stay.

there was no breakfast but close to a bakery, easy access for breakfast and coffee

there is no place to stop your car when you arrive or depart and load/upload your luggage. The closest parking is about 300 m and is quite expensive if you leave your car 24 hours

Great location, spacious apartment!

The location was good. Decoration was very nice and it was fairly clean and modern. Good water pressure in the shower and warm water. Good quality for the price. Temperature was also nice. The hosts were kind to give us a later check out, due to some problems with electricity during our stay.

We had a power outage on our second morning, that lasted for many hours, meaning our food in the fridge went bad. The hosts were hard to reach, and didn't reply very fast. The bathroom floor went all wet when showering and didn't dry for the whole day. There were also many essential kitchen supplies missing, such as scissors or a knife etc. The apartment was pretty dark since there was only one window, which was the balcony. The view from the balcony not very cozy.

Location is great and the communication with the host who helped to solved any issues we had. Inside the flat was also clean and tidy. We had everything we needed and there are also shops around.

All good, except maybe it was a little bit cold on the bed room at times. Good for the night sleep though. Not sure if the thermostat worked, as it seemed to turn on only at certain preset degree threshold. So maybe it worked, but we didn't pass that threshold. In any case, subjectively felt a little cold, but not the end of the world.

Excellent central location but still very quiet apartment, easy check-in and check-out with a key box, easy communication with a host, modern design, fully equipped kitchen, hot water in the shower and heating system with adjustable temperature.

Some signs of wear especially in the bathroom, synthetic uncomfortable bedding. Let`s say that we expected a bit more from Luxurious apartment. It`s just a renovated apartment in the city center.
