INProperty is newly constructed, but rooms are small, balcony is good in King Room, Location is good with no hustle bustle of bhimtal

It’s a really poor location, pictures on the booking. com website are deceiving. It’s a poorly made property and no maintenance. Being a chain of hotels we booked our stay and they literally refused to accommodate the driver. We had a senior citizen with us, there’s no lift and nothing to see in the property. I wouldn’t even call it a property.. poor breakfast spread and least concerned staff. No greenery around .. just dry leaves and bushy trees around. Real bad experience.
