INThe front desk guy mr. Vinod bhatt is very friendly and probably the best front desk guy I have ever met in my whole life till now visiting all types of 5 star and 4 star hotels but mr. Vinod bhatt is super helpful super polite and friendly guy helping with our stay and making it comfortable for us through our one day stay..
GBDuring our stay, I found that the staff were very polite and helpful. When we raised our concerns, they worked hard to try and fix the problem, which I appreciated. The trees surrounding the property were very nice and peaceful. I do appreciate that the staff were kind and nice. Meals in room were nice.
If you are considering a stay here, it is best to enquire if they have renovated. The photos make the hotel look amazing, but in reality, it is very sad and run down. The room was very dirty on arrival, I had to personally clean the floors which were filthy, and the property felt very forgotten and unpleasant. The carpets in the room and the carpets in the shared area were black with dirt. I wanted to leave after the first night but we stayed, but it was stressful as things were broken, handles of the bathroom door fell off, breakfast area felt unclean and the breakfast was disappointing. Considering the price, it was a very disappointing experience which felt disrespectful considering the price paid. I would not recommend the hotel, or ever go back.
INIt's a serene place and has nice walks around. The breakfast was good too.
