"Lovely property if managed correctly"

The location, it was very well located for what we needed, a pub extremely close and a shop nearby

We didn't realise the house was a lived in house, there were lots of personal items which I believe should not have been there, the lack of attention to detail for letting this property out, I believe with a little bit of care and attention this could be a lovely rental property.
