Cascais Beach&Sand Studio Apartment

It was very easy to enter the apartment. The instructions were clear and sent through email as well as through whatsapp. Nuno was really great and very responsive to different needs. The Shampoo and Soap we're really great quality, the apartment and all the linen had a great smell. Also very nice to have air conditioning on the days that it gets hot. The bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, I'd really reccomend staying here.

It is marketed as a beach front apartment, and although it is close to the beach and the apartment is really lovely, it is right next to a busy road. Knowing that in advance would have been good. There was mold by the window close to the bed which is something to watch out for. For a long-termish stay it might be nice to have basics like oil, salt, pepper and a couple of washing tablets to be able to use the ammenities.

It had everything you needed. Comfy bed. Close to supermarket and a nice 20 minute walk into the centre

Was not located near ‘ Beach and Sand’ The bathroom was not very clean, shower was mouldy Also some utensils were grubby

Helaas was het echt een verschrikkelijk appartement. We zijn uiteindelijk na 2 nachten weggegaan, ondanks dat we 7 nachten hadden geboekt (vopr 930 euro). De voornaamste reden was dat er behoorlijke schimmel in de badkamer aanwezig was, in combinatie met een hele vieze en aanwezige geur. Het appartement was verder over het algemeen vies. Ook gelegen in een hele onprettige buurt, boven een café. Het ligt naast een drukke weg, die enorm goed te horen is binnen in het appartement. Deze klachten hebben wij gemeld bij de eigenaar, met de vraag om naar een oplossing te zoeken. Helaas was dit niet mogelijk en op een gegeven moment heeft hij zelfs helemaal niet meer gereageerd. We zijn in dit geval opgelicht en nog bezig met juridische stappen. Daarnaast heeft booking.com ons ook teleurgesteld gezien ze niet met een passende oplossing zijn gekomen. Concluderend: doe dit niet!! Het appartment is een ramp en de eigenaar reageert niet meer wanneer je de problemen aankaart

The apartment had all of the essential items you’d need for a great stay. Nuno was excellent, he responded to all queries right away. Location was a short walk from the town.

There was construction going on in the apartment above us from 8am on the weekdays. This is can’t be helped by the apartment owner but it wasn’t ideal.
