Bed was way to soft. Overall nothing to complain about.

The staff stated there was cleaning stuff and they're was nothing under the sink where the staff stated for us to clean up etc.

Customer support very poor. Despite having a grave and serious family emergency, they wouldn't let me cancel or rearrange my booking even partially. It's very overpriced for what you get, and I found some stale food like brioche buns going bad in various of the cupboards. I'd asked about a later check out, which the host didn't confirm until too late and I'd had to find alternative arrangements.

ITI enjoyed all the additional extras in the apartment such as the kitchen utensils, washing/dryer machine and iron. The apartment was fully furnished and well maintained.

GBThe place is convenient. Its small but cosy. Modern look.
The bed was uncomfortable and nosey but I've spoke to them about said issue. To get in was a little confusing but once in it was loverly.
GBGBThe customer service on the phone was helpful and friendly. The location was one of the best ones that I have used in Darlington and I will definitely be using it again in the future if it's available when I need to stay up there. It was nice and clean and had a nice powerful shower.
I didn't like the fact that I had to pay a deposit of £100 that wasn't made clear to me by booking.com so that put me out of pocket slightly so I had to budget my first night wisely. And when I got there it wasn't ready and I had to wait 3 hours for it to be cleaned and prepared so I had to roam around waiting during that time.
