Hotel Casa Blanca Antigua Guatemala

The location was excellent.

It is not mentioned on the listing that the accommodation will charge you extra for paying with a card - very deceptive and dishonest. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The bed was stiff and I could feel every spring and slept awfully. There is absolutely no soundproofing and I could hear all noises, like when the guests in the room beside mine came back at 3:20am. The windows do not meet the walls and mosquitoes entered the room. The shower didn't have hot water, just lukewarm. The Netflix worked one night and not the next. The listing mentioned English and Spanish as the languages spoken, but that wasn't entirely true. And the listing made it seem like breakfast was included, but that was also not true. This place is VASTLY overpriced for the little it offers and not worth it at all.

A little noisy from nearby room!

After bad experience with room#1 the first night,staff moved me to much nicer room for second night. Very accommodating!

Room #1 was very cramped and had a foul smell off and on most of the night, but it was late and I had a very early appointment for tour the next day,so I tolerated the room. I noticed reviewing other reviews, room #1 was also poorly reviewed!

The beds were quite stiff, we were 4 and had a 2 double bed room which was quite small, but good for a few days

Good location. Connected to central Plaza through main commercial street. Closed to lots of shops, restaurants, big supermarket, and central market. Very friendly staffs. Strong security. Clean room and comfortable bed.

Bathroom needed to be cleaned a little bit more. Poor soundproofing from the next room.
