Minimal chic-Teatro Massimo Bellini

SI tratta di un bellissimo monolocale con soppalco nel centro di Catania. Ristrutturato con cura e attenzione ai particolari e arredato con moltissimo gusto capace di tenere insieme moderno e antico. L'appartamento è al terzo piano, si raggiunge con l'ascensore. Silenziosissimo. La camera ha sia ventilatore che aria condizionata. Ma anche molti piccoli confort, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro e altro. A disposizione ci sono delle cialde per il caffè ed un frigorifero in cui riporre quello di cui avete bisogno. Come dicevo dall'appartamento si può comodamente visitare Catania a piedi. Attorno ci sono ottimi ristoranti e bar per la colazione. E non da poco, a pochi passi (direi 4 minuti camminando lentamente) trovate la fermata di Alibus.

Beautiful apartment. Unfortunately the heating didn’t work properly and it was a bit uncomfortable as I had to work at the apartment during my stay. Also there was a a little miscommunication and I couldn’t enter the building when I arrived. The host answered quickly to all my messages and was friendly and helpful.

It was exactly as advertised, such a cute loft apartment where we could easily have stayed for 1 month or more, regrettably we stayed only 4 nights. The location is a short (did I mention short) walk to everything ( great food, via Etna for shopping, supermarkets, the bus and train station, etc). We felt safe walking the area after dark because it was busy with tourists and locals alike. We loved the split unit AC units that kept the apartment cozy. Our host made the process at checkin and out super easy.

Everything: great location, easy & contactless check-in, friendly communication with the host, well-equipped apartment, coffee machine with coffee, comfortable bed, AC. I had everything I needed but also nothing more (I say it as a compliment). The apartment is not big but well-arranged and well-furnished, the space and the arrangement was perfectly fine and comfortable. I also liked the bathroom-bedroom combination (toilet is separate).
