Stylish penthouse in the MotherCity

The accommodation was very stylish and comfortable.

The area is terrible, it is one street up from Loop street and the noise is unbearable. It was physically impossible to sleep. There is a nightclub right underneath which does not close. There was hooting, police sirens and shouting throughout the whole night in the street of the building. This is an area where dreams go to die, no matter how nice the property, it’s not worth to pay a lot of money for a restless night.

Property was OK, facilities etc.

The pressure from the host regarding checkout was overwhelming. They called us countless times, repeatedly insisting on what time we needed to vacate the premises — phone calls, WhatsApps, everything. It got so bad that they even arrived before the checkout time to make sure we left the penthouse.

Flat was so clean and helpful staff

Management Siobhan, was so helpful. Cleanness of whole rooms, affordable price, nearby to all activities ( table mountain, signal hill, Iziko museum and public transportation etc) I can recommend someone to stay at Stylish Penthouse. 8 Buiten St Capetown. Thank you Cebi Magcaba

Great apartment with all that needed for a comfortable stay

noise from the crowd leaving night club located downstairs at 3-6 am Friday-Monday, if not for that that would be an ideal stay

LÄRM in der Nacht durch Clubs und Feiernde!! NICHT FÜR FAMILIEN! Montag bis Mittwoch konnte man mit Ohrstöpseln schlafen. Die restlichen Nächte hat auch das nicht mehr geholfen gegen den Lärm der Clubs, der schreienden und grölenden Feiernden, Aufheulende Motoren von Angeber-Autos. Wir reisen viel auch in Stadtzentren in Europa und Nordamerika. Einen gewissen Lärm-Level können wir schon aushalten. So einen Lärm haben wir aber noch nie erlebt! Ich habe die Bewertungen nachgelesen dort findet sich wenig hierzu. Der Lärm von der Baustelle tagsüber ist doof aber nicht annähernd soviel wie das was nachts durch die Clubs passiert. Wenn man nicht aus Kapstadt kommt kann man mit sowas nicht rechnen. Wir hatten auch schon ernsthaft nach alternativen Wohnungen gesucht aber so kurzfristig war das schwierig. Es gab auch eine Verhaftung direkt vor dem Gebäude bei der fünf Polizeifahrzeuge vorgefahren sind.

The location is very central but the Loop Street adjacent to the property seems to be not too safe after dark
