"Замечательная квартира, не хотелось ее покидать))"

Превосходная квартира для семьи из четырех человек. Очень чистая, уютная, есть все необходимое, прекрасный вид на город и на море. Отличная свето- и звукоизоляция, шум города и стройки не доставлял никаких неудобств. В пешей доступности магазины, кафе, набережная, пляж.

Отсутствие парковочных мест - но это главная проблема любого жилого комплекса в Батуми. Это важно учесть тем, кто едет на своем авто. Несмотря на то, что жилищный комплекс имеет свою частную парковку, она крохотная, найти там свободное место практически не реально.
