BGThere is a significant investment made in the place. Everything is new.
First, this is not an appartment - this is a garage turned into a studio. It is on the ground flooor, next to another garage and there is no natural light. It is located in a dirty, creepy alley and the adjoining garage is also an airbnb studio. We could hear everything from the neighbours. The location is bad - 30 min from the centre with no parking. Furthermore, it smelled inside like mold and there was a lot of moist in the air.
