"Absolutely the best hotel i have ever booked online!"

I loved everything about my stay. The staff, cleanliness, comfort, value, location, and the breakfast. I have booked and stayed in a lot of hotels and none can compare to Homewood suites in Goldsboro, NC. The only bad thing I can say is for about 15 minutes there was a lot of noise on the floor above us. It sounded like someone was moving furniture but again it only lasted maybe 15 minutes. Nothing that I could or would complain about.

I couldn't ask for any better in my hotel stay at Homewood suites.

Staff very courteous and helpful.

For a newer hotel, it was very basic. It was built on a busy roadway and it was noisy inside. Also the heater inside the room was very loud when in use.

I assumed there were bedrooms with doors and it was a studio layout but it was very clean and I overall enjoyed my stay.

I have two autistic children and I needed a handicap room so I could bathe them in a bath tub and one wasn’t available.

Liked the breakfast with a nice variety of breads, bagels, muffins, American and Mexican breakfast. Fresh butter, conserve and marmalade were available every morning. Every day different hot food compared to previous days. Could use a better selection of teas and possibly espresso coffee? Room was clean and staff was quick to satisfy my requests when I asked at the counter for a change of sheets Keep this up

Free Wi-Fi was a bit disappointing Connection seemed to come and go, with my phone sometimes automatically switching to data due to lack of internet (still connected to the access point, only no internet connection) Speed was fine though Did not try Premium Wi-Fi so can't possibly judge

"I like this place, but don’t slack on cleaning and maintenance."

This place is aesthetically beautiful. Rooms are spacious and updated. Staff were very friendly. I really do enjoy this place.

The heating unit was very loud at times , not all the time. We eventually turned it off because it was too loud at night. The cleanliness was down a bit from my first stay. Dishes had food residue, walls had sneeze residue, bathroom shower had mildew around the bottom of walls. Also the bathroom ventilation wasn’t working.
