Great hotel. Very clean and great breakfast. Also the staff have been very helpful and professional. Especially Mr. Joshua who helped me deal with an error I made on the reservation. He helped me to correct it and worked with Travelocity to do so. Everything was fixed and my stay went as planned.

The hotel was beautiful, clean the staff was very friendly. The staff was helpful in providing suggestions of where to eat dinner. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. There was a lot of good options for breakfast. We will definitely be going back.

A really great stay. The rooms are thoughtfully furnished and spacious. I couldn't have wanted for anything else in terms of comfort. Breakfast was a good selection of hot foods and pastries. The only item missing if we would have been staying longer would be a suggested all purpose cleaner for the gorgeous countertops.

I recently stayed at the Homewood Suites in Goldsboro for the second time, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. On both visits, I found dirty dishes and glasses put away on the shelves and in the cabinets, which required me to wash or put all the dishes in the dishwasher before using them. Additionally, the cleaning staff did not refresh the floors or towels during my stay. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the overall guest experience. Cleanliness and proper housekeeping are essential for a comfortable stay, and I believe these improvements can make a significant difference.
