Hilton Tanger City Center Residence

All is good

Perfect locations and friendly staff, host was on top of everything.

The only negative was that the shower didn’t have a door or a curtain, after taking a shower the water was all over the floor, a squeegee was in the bathroom but there is no drain on the bathroom floor to pull the water to. It’s so cheap and simple to put a curtain to minimize the issue which is also a safety issue. There’s no dishwasher in the unit but we didn’t need one since we went to restaurants all the time.

I had a wonderfull time in your appartement. Everything was nice and clean. We had also a good service if we needed something. I Will in sha Allah certainly coming back. Thank you alot. Greetings Jamila and Hicham

I was at the Hilton Apartments, next door to the actual Hilton Hotel

There was no customer service desk. When I arrived no one was there to book me in. There was a security guy, didn’t know what was going on. Not spoke any English. I had to find some who speaks English, then translated, then someone came and gave keys, took around 30 mins.

My daughter and I were satisfied. The apartment appeared very clean, spacious, and beautiful. The service from both security and Yusuf was excellent. I would definitely recommend it.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of appartement. Everything about the appartement was exceptional. t was clean, stylish, and roomy with a very, very excellent view. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. The apartment was near to the city center where you can find all types of food and drinks you want, also you can find all the marks for shopping. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The hotel's location is close to everything

We did not know about the procedures for entering the building. The security guard, Rashid, was ill-mannered and did not tell us the procedures. I thank Youssef for his cooperation with us after contacting a kind person in the Netherlands.
