Excellent location. I also loved the 24-hour coffee and late afternoon sake. The room was a good size (for Japan) and the shower was great.

If you forget to place your preference for room cleaning, their default is not to clean your room. Most other places, the default is to clean. The washer/dryer is in a minuscule room that is poorly ventilated. The hallways are very dark, which makes it hard to tell if it's clean.

Camera bellissima spaziosa e pulita! Hotel molto elegante e comodissima la posizione centrale con metro e autobus a due passi. Situato proprio nella via dello shopping con tutti i servizi vicini. Bevande come vino e sakè incluse la sera e a disposizione nella hall la macchina per caffè e altre becande. Lo consiglio!

L’Hotel migliore di tutta la mia vacanza! Posizione, bellezza, pulizia e cordialità dello staff. Servizio spedizione valigie 10!! Hanno pensato a tutto loro. Non abbiamo fatto la colazione in hotel ma sembrava buona. Stra consiglio!!
