Very helpful and cheerful staff. Great location.

Would have liked some regular tea bags. ( black tea).

Excellent location, right in the centre of big shopping area and just across the road from the Nishiki markets. A very short walk to public transport, easy access to everything. Staff were extremely helpful, and the room was very well appointed.

The location is ok. The room is on decent size comparing to standard Japanese room but still small

The room is quite Dark. The staff is not really helpful. If you need something like, you have to go reception to take it and return it yourself.

每天的免费酒饮可以增加啤酒之类的选择吗？因为那个酒真的有点不合我的口味，所以入住 7 天只享受了一次，有些遗憾，洗漱用品希望可以改进一下，增加卸妆产品防晒产品就更好了

Fiz a reserva para 2 adultos e duas crianças de 10 e 12 anos, e uma delas ficou em um sofá bem pequeno, pois o hotel não considera que serão 4 pessoas. Disponibilizou duas camas de solteiro e um beliche, e nenhuma das camas era tamanho casal para que dormíssemos duas pessoas juntas. Falta informação no ato da reserva sobre esses detalhes.
