Villa grande et bien équipée totalement ouverte avec de grandes baies vitrées. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces, wifi efficace et fontaine à eau fraîche à disposition. Service de scooters possible livrés à domicile.

Plusieurs lampes en panne et finition médiocre (super en photo mais pas terrible en vrai). Piscine très froide. Les baies vitrées sont de très mauvaises qualité et par conséquent difficiles à manœuvrer. Environnement visuel et sonore fortement dégradé par un bâtiment en construction de 3 étages au ras de la villa pas du tout dans l’esprit du lieu.

Good location, close to central Ubud which made moving around easy. Pleasant and very helpful, polite staff. Clean villa.

A few things to consider, may not impact everyone but good to know: - there’s no laundry/washing machine in the villa, have stayed at two other villas and this wasn’t the case. We did find a laundry 15 min walk away, but was a hassle. - there’s no bathtub, which was unusual. I should have read when booking so this was my fault to not check. - a bigger issue was hot water running out if two people showered and the rest of family then had to wait for it to get warm again. These were 3-4 mins showers by the way, given no bathtub anyway!

The villa was exactly as described and offered plenty of space for a group of 6. The butler, Putu was very attentive and would always answer any questions we had. He also helped buy tickets for the kecak dance and arranged a moped for us

The water would occasionally stop working for a few minutes but it would always turn back on

The management company Bali SuperHost was terrific. They attended to all our needs and made certain we were comfortable. They always stayed in touch with us via WhatsApp and gave us an exceptional level of customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend them as a host company to any villa you are staying in as their customer service is superb. They really try and help out in their communication with the owners of the villas too since they are only a management company.

The villa was amazing from the appearance point. that is where it stopped. Every day we would not have water in the middle of a shower, the water would stop, and now you are full of soap, so you have to towel off and hope for the best. Pretty crappy experience. We had an ongoing loss of water for 3 days, and this was really frustrating. Not having the ability to shower and then having this uncertainty that the water will be there or not when you need it. The management company tried their best to help, they tried to fix the problem only to have it happen again later in the day over and over. They communicated with the owner of the villa, but he did not have the courtesy to even contact us and apologize for this huge inconvenience. We had expected better, having paid $600 a night. We requested a reduction/refund, which the management company forwarded to the owner, again, we did not hear a single word. Really disappointing ownership. The Pool was dirty with food a container which just grossed us out and then there was some nails in the pool and large rocks.
