INThe property is located in a society. It's very close to AIIMS and IIM. Jayant and Vineesh are very helpful. The is spacious and very well ventilated.
I arrived very late so there was no one to help with the luggage.

There was no information that towels and other toiletries will not be provided, maybe a heads up would have been good...we reached late at Night...and that area is away from city center so difficult to get something.
