Adriatic Apartment in Skiper Resort

Stille og rolig. Flott bassengområde. Stranden var også nydelig.

Clean and pleasant. The apartment met our expectations

Bazén i pláž byla blízko. Dostatek lehátek i slunečníků. Příjemné a udržované prostředí s rostlinami, přístupem na basketbalové a tenisové hřiště. Obchod je také v místě. Výhoda apartmánu jsou dvě koupelny se záchodem a bidetem a dvě terasy, jedna z kuchyně a druhá v patře z větší ložnice.

Apartmán je starší, byl tam cítit zápach z vaření a byli zde mravenci. Apartmán má ložnice po schodech do patra. Žaluzie někdy nešly vytáhnout. Nedostatek nádobí na vaření, nebyla zde mikrovlnka a hrnce měly plastová ucha, která nemohou do trouby. Myčka zde také není. Internet slabý. Z terasy je výhled na hřiště. Na terase nejsou lehátka, pouze dřevěné a plastové židle. Na záchodě nedostatek toaletního papíru, ale jsou zde bidety. Při příjezdu se nedalo zajet k apartmánu, věci jsme nosily z parkoviště přes ulici a dvorek.

Tolle Anlage und super Pool area. Wohnung sehr großzügig. Nah zum Meer mit privaten Strand und freien Liegen usw.

This is the best place in terms of location and living conditions. Wonderful large apartments with everything you need. A wonderful uncrowded beach with umbrellas and sun loungers, good entry into the sea.

The Skiper resort itself is lovely- well maintained lawns and pool area. We enjoyed using the pool, beach (private, concrete/ man made so not pretty but lovely to jump into the sea and very nice sunbeds and umbrellas), tennis courts and we went once to the restaurant which we enjoyed although it was expensive. We are British and were the only ones, in case this is important to you. We liked the Nespresso machine in the apartment and appreciated the pack of pods left by the host and the balcony had lovely views although not as nice as the ocean view on the other side. The resort shop is helpful although expensive- 3 Euros for one can of tuna but it was convenient and we liked the fresh bread and croissants every day.

Where to start? The apartment building (Blue) is very dark and depressing, the corridors need to be painted and the lighting is awful so we didn't have a good feeling as we entered. The Adriatic Apartment is in desperate need of modernisation; the walls had stains on them, the kitchen is woefully under equipped (no oven gloves, no scissors, no cheese grater, no dish washer or microwave or washing machine); the upstairs shower leaked water to the downstairs so we didn't use it; in the upstairs bathroom there was a big boiler in front of the sink that we all banged our heads on frequently. The second bedroom was very small, my kids had nowhere to store their clothes so we set up an area on the sofa downstairs which was a hassle. Nothing felt clean- plates came out of the cupboard with dried food on them, the kettle was in a cupboard and was filled with mould so we couldn't use it), the kitchen chairs have seen better days. We enjoyed eating meals on the balcony and tried to spend as little time in the apartment as possible. I'm afraid we couldn't wait to leave this place. We use self catering apartments at least twice a year and have been doing so for 15 years and unfortunately this was the worst one yet. Avoid.
