Pas de connexion wi-fi, donc pas de tv.

Appartamento molto carino, c'è anche la lavatrice, cosa non affatto scontata.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere ogni parte del centro a piedi in pochissimi minuti. Appartamento spazioso, comodo.

Per accedere con la macchina va pagata la relativa tassa per la ZTL di 5 euro al giorno (però il gestore si fa carico della procedura e guida l'ospite nel pagamento online). Comunque si può lasciare la macchina fuori ZTL a pochi minuti a piedi, volendo. Essendo in pieno centro la sera si sente vociare dalla strada. La sera si sente l'odore delle cucine di qualche ristorante nelle vicinanze o nello stesso complesso.

The property was very clean, very well located and was well supplied. Easy to find and get into and hosts very responsive.

We chose the property for early check in, Netflix and wi-fi none of which were actually available to us on this occasion. Internet didn’t work and though hosts tried at a distance to help - it never came on whilst we were there. Coffee pods seemed like a nice touch but didn’t actually fit the machine. Perhaps bought and left by another customer?

Avoid at all cost, flat falling apart, bathroom became unsable as soon as we arrived and owner not able to fix it in time due to lack of prompt resources Stay away and don't ruin your holiday here

Nothing that i remember

It was vintage 1850s and not in a good way. The aircon kept switching off every 10mins. The shower was so bad I didn’t have one.

We loved this apartment, it was clean, spacious, light and fresh. Everything was perfect. The location is fantastic, in the middle of the pretty streets of Modena but so quite. Thank you for having us.
