It was a worst experience, will never recommend Oyo to anyone. The hotel charged me additional to what i booked and when i called Oyo they offered no assistance and i have to pay additional, The hotel guy said will not provide any Invoice as well, i was in a hurry and no time to cancel and rebook other hotel, worst customer service. Further the room was not clean, lot of smell of wine and cigarettes, no hot water for bathing, bed was dirty, no drinking water in room.. 0 stars, will never recommend Oyo to anyone.
